So, I didn’t get even one view on my last blog and I do not think it is because my style is lacking. I know it is because I don’t write in my blog enough anymore. Nor do I read other people’s blogs a lot anymore. It is not because I do not care in either case, but it is because I have a had a stressful and at the same time beautiful year. I have had pain and fear and have felt hopeless. I have had love and joy and happiness. But all of those things have taken up a bunch of my time, both the good and bad and time has marched on. I will never aspire to be a Steinbeck or a ‘voice for our time’, nor do I write for likes, but I will promise to hone my craft more and to actively participate while you hone yours. Thanks to those of you who have stuck it out while I have taken this life hiatus. I think that we can all go back to our regularly scheduled programming now. Or somewhat regular. It will certainly not be everyday, but I will definitely post weekly. Hope you all had a blessed and Happy 4th!
