What do you wish you could do more every day?
So what could I do more of every day? Hmmm.
Sleep.
Workout.
Write.
Pray.
Socialize.
Laugh.
Love.
Drink yum Java.
Smile.
Listen.
Learn.
Some of these sound so simple. But when you are a grown-up, relationships take over. Jobs take up so much time.
Daily tasks like: brushing teeth, taking meds, watering plants, feeding animals, getting ready for work, checking the mail, taking out the trash, scooping the litter, paying bills, cooking, cleaning, washing clothes- take over our days.
So, the few pleasures in life, the real joys, slip between the cracks. I am working on fitting those things in, in some small way, every day, or what is the point of it all?
What do you wish you had more time for? I would love to know!

I want to workout more and love more.

Yes! Let’s get our workout on! I am doing 100 high knees a day holding a wt over my head and also do 40 squats a day. But want to add more. What workouts do you like or do?

Oh no. I just love walking in nature. I rarely stretch now. I love to walk in the morning and sunset. I don’t lift weights.

Sleep, laugh, write, pray—yes, yes, yes, and yes.
It’s like we all carry a playlist called “Things I Wish I Had Time For.”
Adult life is funny. We dream of deep peace, but get stuck refilling the dishwasher.
Our joy becomes like that unread book on the shelf—always waiting, never opened.

Even small joys are vitamins for the soul.
