Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
So, I am trying to change a few things to improve my life. The first thing that came to mind to elaborate on, is moving my body more. Good nutrition is not hard for me, but consistent exercise is.
I run around so much with different clients, that when I come home I just want to be still. I usually fix dinner, lie down with my kitty cat and watch TV. I am sure a lot of you can relate.
But lately I have been bookmarking dumbell exercises and other exercises I can do while I am in the living room. So I have started reviewing them in my Insta folder and I have picked out a couple I can do no matter where I am.
One I do is- lean forward and hold onto a chair or counter and do standing mountain climbers, 100 each leg. Another exercise I do is- hold onto a med ball or weight and do knee ups 100 times on each leg. This helps abs and waist area and obviously legs and butt. And I have begun to do 3 or 4 exercises every other day, for 12 reps and 3 sets, with dumbbells.

Because I am doing so many knee type exercises I am not doing many leg related dumbbell moves. I do more back and arm moves. I used to lift weights every other day for 45 minutes doing upper one day and lower body the next time. So I am pretty well versed in those exercises so it was easy to jump into the familiar.
I am proud of myself because my sleep quality is not fab and it is hard to do anything but crash when I get home. So yayyy me. I am glad to write this today because it is easy to point out things we are doing wrong, but rare that we compliment ourselves.
I hope to make this a habit, along with writing more and praying/ reading scripture more often. It only takes one small step to make a big change. I hope all of you are doing what you need to do meet and exceed your goals!
