So, these are steps on how to work toward greatness or happiness in even the little habits (according to me)

So, I have never been one to brag, at least about myself. I generally pump up, support and brag on others. But I am kinda killin’ it right now.

Not doing fab in the financial dept, but that happens to the best of us. But I am trying very hard on that front to turn things around. My tiny steps/slow healthy habits, whatever you want to call it are working in other areas, so I have to believe the dinero will improve in the same way I am doing better in other areas.

Steps to improving onself, slowly but surely and sticking to it:

1 Step out of bed saying something positive out loud

2 Do the thing you want to make a habit, for a short time every day (set the time as low high or as you are comfortable with)

3 Tell a trusted person about your progress (it validates it somehow)

4 Envision yourself as a success in said areas that need inprovement (and refuse to go back)

5 Step away from distractions in order to keep focus (take a social media break for ex)

6 Embrace how much better you look/feel/are (don’t let go of the feeling)
